The first Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee (KPSSC) conference in Kalay Township, Sagaing Region, was held in the last October, and attendees unanimously agreed to completely oppose the fake election to be held by the military commission, an official from the Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee.
The first Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee (KPSSC) conference called for the entire people to completely oppose the fake election by the military commission, and urged relevant responsible parties to supervise the activities of the revolutionary organizations based in Kalay to ensure that they act as good citizens that everyone can trust. A total of 120 local representatives from various communities in the Kalay region in the liberated areas of Kalay attended the conference.
Regarding the military’s fake election, the Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee (KPSSC) has also stated that the attempt to hold a fake election to hide the war crimes committed against the people by the terrorist military group over the years and gain international recognition is a political trap.
Therefore, the Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee (KPSSC) will make efforts to connect and cooperate practically with ethnic organizations, domestic and foreign revolutionary forces, international organizations, humanitarian organizations, volunteers, and charitable groups, said an official from the Kalaytownship People’s Strike Steering Committee (KPSSC).
