President-elect Donald Trump continues to appoint some new cabinet members. House Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik has tapped Mr. Thomas Homan, who previously served as Immigration and Customs Enforcement in his first term in charge of border security and immigration, to serve as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. The American media also said that Stephen Miller was chosen as the White House’s deputy chief of staff.

Thomas Homan, who will be in charge of immigration, has previously served as a police officer. He is also one of the people who carried out border security duties. Mr. Thomas Homan will lead the mass deportation of undocumented immigrants, a priority of President Donald Trump.

1.3 million people who have been rejected by immigration courts for political asylum are the first to be arrested; Jim Jordan, a member of the Ohio State House of Representatives, told CNN that the country will deport him. Thomas Homan told Fox News that they do not use the military to make such arrests.
