Arakan Army (AA) fired at and hit 1 helicopter of the War on Terror Council, AA spokesperson Khaing Thukha confirmed. On November 10th at 2:30 p.m., Ann Township, It was reported that 4 helicopters that brought reinforcements and supplies to the Western Regional Military Headquarters were shot at. One of the helicopters was hit in the tail and landed in Ngafe Township, Magway Division, AA spokesperson Khaing Thukha said.
“Yesterday, a helicopter was shot down at around 2:30 p.m. Yesterday, there were 4 helicopters carrying patients, weapons, supplies, and military personnel from the terrorist military council in the vicinity of the Western Region Headquarters. We shot all 4 helicopters, and 1 helicopter hit the tail.
However, we have heard that the helicopter that reached there did not crash and crash there, but that they tried to drive it to reach the area controlled by the military council, and then landed in a convenient place without reaching the designated location. As far as we have found out, the helicopter landed near the village of Kyauksone village, Magway Division, Ngafe township,” Khaing Thukha said.
