He said that the fighting started in Falam town on October 25th, and on October 28th, school teacher Daw Van Cer Chin was killed by a bullet fired by the Military council.
He said that on October 25, two men and on the 26th, a woman who was working in upland agriculture were injured by a large weapon fired by the military council. Falam has a population of about 10,000 people, but due to the fighting situation in the town, the entire town was almost completely destroyed. And they are fleeing to the nearby villages, including the big cities and town such as Kale town, Hakha, Yangon, and Mizoram state (India).
