Chin State Local people told Yangon Modern Media that the army arrested and killed three people fleeing the war in the PCM church in Mindat town and destroyed the bodies without returning them. On July 16, 4 people who were fleeing war were abducted by soldiers from the 274th battalion of the terrorist army at the PCM church in the west ward of Mindat town.
The 3 people who were arrested and killed by the terrorist army were U Hong Kee, U Chai Kee and U Hon Chue, and the bodies have not been returned to the family members. “When the military dogs arrested 4 people for no reason. 1 was released because he was able to run away.
The other 3 were tortured and killed and the bodies were not returned to their families. The person who was released is receiving medical treatment,” said a resident. The 3 people are residents of Mindat town, and because of the fighting, they fled the war to the villages and came back to Mindat town to clear the eggs (otter eggs) planted in Mindat town.
