WCCCC announced today that the Working Committee for Chinland Council Conference (WCCCC) was formed at the preliminary meeting of the Chinland Council Plenary in order to hold the Chinland Council Conference.
The pre-plenary meeting of the Chinland Council was held in the border area from September 7th to 9th, and the Chin National Front (CNF), Chin Hluttaw representatives Township and regional organization representatives; A total of 108 people attended.
In this meeting, it was agreed to convene a conference for the establishment of the Chinlean Council for the emergence of the Chinland Constitution during the revolutionary period and the establishment of three (3) administrative and judicial branches of the Chinland Constitution, according to the statement.
The WCCCC, which was given the responsibility, is preparing the draft of the Chinland Constitution during the revolutionary period and making the necessary preparations to hold the Chin Leung Council Conference, WCCCC said.
Representatives of the Chin National League (CNO), a revolutionary organization from Falam Township, and the Zomi Federal Union (ZFU), a revolutionary organization from Tedim Township, were unable to attend the pre-meeting of the Chinland Council held from September 7 to 9.
